As indicated on my blog title "Yats' Random Reviews" today I'm gonna be reviewing/sharing insights (lol) on applications I use or barely use on my phone! Let's start from the topmost (left to right)
▪️ Mail (A bunch of emails I don't necessary read 😂)
▪️ Calendar (Do I need to explain this? Lol)
▪️ Photos (bunch of selfies & random shots I take on a daily basis 😉)
▪️Camera (For selfies and whatnot's 🤳🏼)
▪️Finance folder (A bunch of apps I barely use a.k.a. stock apps)
▪️Clock (I use for alarm & timer, also pala for bedtime alarm. A-must!)
▪️Health apps (Health iOS stock app and then Pacer app (Blue background white shoe icon)- its like an online platform for fitness enthusiasts, and I love that I can work out and share it with people who also love to workout themselves. I recently discovered this gem and I think I'll stick to it since I've only been exercising for like, less than a month; I also love that there are events section in this app wherein you can join in, compete and be motivated with other Pacers users 💙💪🏻
Btw, this is a free app but you can get subscription for a more personal fitness trainer/guide if you want to. 😊
▪️Podcasts (This app has a special place in my heart, I feel like users who don't use this app missed half pf their life. Lol seriously though, it's a better alternative for scrolling through facebook. There are lots of podcasts to subscribe to - this app is definitely one of my brain food! ♥️
▪️ YouTube (Of course I can't miss out on my fave YouTube channels 😁)
▪️App Store (Where I download all free apps and ignore in-app purchases. Lol)
▪️ iBooks (Where I feed my mind from different genres of books & magazines - will probably share my virtual shelf soon! Lol)
▪️Calculator (For my random calcutations. 😂)
▪️ Social folder (I'll shamelessly plug of my social media accounts)
- Instagram (Follow me @yoyoyats)
- Messenger (For messaging friends, even though I deleted my Facebook app 😂)
- Boomerang (I barely use this. Why is this still on my phone? LOL)
- StumbleUpon (One of my favorite platforms - interesting articles & websites everywhere. When I'm bored enough, I could read hundreds of articles in a day. 😋
- Pinterest (This platform way too awesome - I mean, you can find inspiration or motivation just by thousands of related interests! 👏
- Twitter (@yoyoyats)
▪️ Safari (I rarely browse in here, unless redirected by apps. LOL)
▪️ Productivity (These apps somehow make me productive. Hehe)
- Reminders
- My Wallet (A very useful app for Young Professionals (YPs) like me for tracking my daily expenses & income. It's actually very simple. I track my spending and income in here for me to save and budget "stuffs" LOL
- Notes
- Magic Cleaner (Cleans junk, cache and whatnot's on my phone)
- Keeper (This app is where I keep my passwords and government IDs)
▪️ Photo & Video (Disclaimer: Apps not entirely related to photos & videos)
- Dropbox (A file hosting app I use to access my files and photos from phone to desktop or vise versa. Very helpful for work, also for personal "stuffs")
- Foodie (My favorite and the only selfie app on my phone. Works like magic - you'll look more beautiful, kahit mukhang haggard ka na I swear gaganda ka dito bes! 😊
- Shareit
- GCash (My previous job required me to have a GCash so I have this app & a debit card, it's quite convenient actually since it's a Mastercard, I can load up my sim (up to 10% rebate), pay in-app purchases, & shop online for the most part. Yay! I think you can also register American Express (AMEX) thru GCash but I haven't tried it yet.
- BDO (Online banking)
▪️ Settings
▪️Flying emoji, money, bag folder (lol) I think you know what these apps are for - SHOPPING! Haha! Some apps are also for online bookings for travel & accomodation)
- ZALORA
- Shopee
- AirAsia
- Cebu Pacific
- Skyscanner (Super recommended for those looking for great deals on airfare)
- Traveloka (Another alternative for Skyscanner. I also recommend!)
- Airbnb (Perfect for home & vacation rentals, you can also book experiences & tours for travel)
▪️Duolingo (Where I learn other languages - I'm still stuck on my French lessons though, 😄)
▪️Investagrams (I'm into speculating stocks lately and try to learn as much as I can in the stock market. It's a good platform for beginners like me, I guess. You can try virtual trading, live charts, informative articles and such. 👍
▪️Phone (I don't use this much since I have a separate phone for calls & texts so I'm always in Airplane mode)
▪️ Chrome (An all-time web browser for sure)
▪️ Spotify (I cannot live without this app, seriously I forgot what phones were like before Spotify. lol)
▪️ Messages (Like I've said above, sim not inserted on this phone so - no messages, plus I don't have anyone to text so, HAHA!)
▪️Extras (Again, a bunch of stock apps I never use. LOL)
▪️iZip (I know for sure you cannot just download stuffs on an iphone, this app is most useful for zipped or rar files)
▪️eBook Downloader (I use this for downloading free ebooks, hence the name
▪️ Just Dance Now (I got into this app because of my cousin - I kinda like it, you basically dance using your phone as the console. Great for exercise!)
▪️ AirConsole (Also an online video game console, using smartphones as gamepads and play with friends! No need for Wii or Xbox. 👏
And that's a wrap! I don't have much apps. I stick to what's useful, convenient and at the same time entertaining for me! 👍
Suggest an app for me to try - you can comment down below! Hehe 💚💜💛💙
